Here at Texas State University, we take pride in being Bobcats and find that college is an excellent opportunity to expand your outlook to the world and discover where you would like to take your life. Fraternity men at this University are leaders and are held to the highest standard a student can be held to, and we take pride in upholding these expectations. Greek men are expected to make higher grades, set an example in the classroom, be competitive athletes, give back to the San Marcos community, help others that may be less fortunate than us by participating in various philanthropic events, and always do our best to be respected as gentlemen. Being a member of a fraternity gives you firsthand experience with politics, management, balancing a budget, event planning, and gives you the tools for a head start competing in the job market after graduation. I am privileged to have the opportunity to join a fraternity and to have to opportunities in which it has given me.
