As
a Sigma Chi you will receive an experience that will last a lifetime. Sigma Chi
(ΣΧ) is one of the oldest, and now officially the largest, college Greek-Letter
secret and social fraternities in the world with more than 300 active chapters
internationally and over 300,000 initiates with the largest alumni network in
the nation, including alumni such as John Wayne, Brad Pitt, Drew Brees, T.J.
Yates, Mike Ditka, David Letterman and more. Sigma Chi at Texas State welcomes
you into camaraderie of brotherhood unlike anything you have ever experienced
before while allowing you the opportunity to grow as a student and individual.
Sigma Chi is known for going above and beyond with philanthropy, always
exceeding the minimum requirements with our local highway cleanup program, by
participating in Bobcat Build every spring, and fund-raising for our national
philanthropy efforts, the Children’s Miracle Network and Huntsman's Cancer
Institute. Re-founded at Texas State on April, 25th 2009, we are continuing to
grow on campus in every way possble, and pride ourselves in recruiting
high minded men of good character, comprised of different temperaments, talents
and convictions. Do you have what it takes to be a part of our legacy of
excellence?
